1. Eligibility for Returns and Refunds

We accept requests for refunds or replacements in the following cases:

  • Damaged Packaging: If the packaging is damaged or compromised upon delivery.
  • Quality Concerns: If the chicken is not fresh or does not meet the quality promised.
  • Incorrect Order: If the delivered item(s) do not match your order.

Please note:

  • We cannot accept returns or refunds for issues arising from improper handling or storage after delivery.
  • Refunds or replacements will not be processed for items if complaints are made more than 24 hours after delivery.
2. Requesting a Refund or Return

To request a refund or return:

  2. Provide your order number, delivery receipt, and photos of the item(s) in question, clearly showing the issue.
  3. Our team will review your request and respond within 1-2 business days.

  • Approved Refunds: If your refund request is approved, we will process it to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
  • Store Credit: In certain cases, we may offer store credit as a resolution.
4. Replacement Policy
  • Replacements: If eligible, a replacement will be delivered at the earliest possible convenience without additional charges.
  • Availability: Replacements are subject to stock availability.
5. Non-Refundable Items

We cannot process refunds or returns for:

  • Partially used or consumed items.
  • Items damaged due to improper storage after delivery.
  • Orders canceled after the cutoff time for same-day or scheduled delivery.
